Self Adhesive Vinyl (laminated)

Signs using this material are printed on to a thin (around 80 micron), plasticised film, backed with a permanent acrylic based adhesive. It comes supplied with a backing paper, which is removed before application. It is suitable for application to clean, smooth surfaces both internally and externally. Waterproof.

1mm Rigid PVC

Signs using this material are printed on to vinyl and pressed on 1mm thick PVC. This material is suitable for application, either with screws or double-sided adhesive pads, to flat surfaces either internally or externally.

3mm Rigid PVC

Signs using this material are printed on to 3mm thick PVC. It is suitable for application, either with screws or double-sided adhesive pads to posts or any surface where the sign must support its own weight.

Corri board Corrugated Plastic 5mm

This is a 5mm corrugated plastic sign. Made from fluted polypropylene and often described using the brand name “coriboard” it uses less material and is easily recyclable. This makes it an environmentally sustainable choice for temporary signs, very stiff in the direction of the flutes or corrugations, less so in the other orientation. With a low shipping weight, carbon emissions are minimised in delivery and as it’s polypropylene, is fully recyclable.

Photoluminescent Vinyl

By storing energy from ambient light sources, this material ‘glows in the dark’ and in the event of a power failure, requires no power or batteries to remain highly visible. Often specified for Fire Exit signs – it means the exit route remains visible in dark or smoke filled environments. Signs using this ‘glow in the dark’ material are made up of several layers of printing on to self-adhesive vinyl. This material is suitable for application to flat surfaces either internally of externally.

3mm Aluminium Composite

This ultra durable material is comprised of a polyester core and 2 skins of 0.15mm aluminium stove enamelled with a white face. This material is an excellent choice for either larger signs or applications where the sign must be self supporting such as mounting to a fence. Suitable for mounting to all surfaces, both internally or externally. Aluminium composite is suitable for fitting either with screws or double-sided adhesive pads.
